  • Your Healthy Self

    My suggestion to you is to intentionally choose books based on the subject. For instance, if you're not a good leader and you want to learn how to become a leader, immerse yourself in the best leadership books. If you're not a very good salesman and want to become a better salesman, read the best sales books out there. If you want to become a very good entrepreneur, read everything on entrepreneurship. Pick a topic, a skill, and obsesses about learning it.

    Reading is a wonderful journey full of enormous variety! Try things out!

    When I am looking to choose some books, I ask myself a few questions:

    • What am I struggling with right now?
    • Has anything new piqued my interest lately?
    • Is there an area of my life I want to improve at the moment?
    • Has anything been on my mind a lot?
    • What have I been gravitating towards?
    • Do I have any challenges coming up that I need to prepare for?
